Lube- Oil Console

For supplying precise oil flow at predetermined pressure and temperature to rotating equipments.

API 614 Chapter 3 general purpose LOS for use in

  • API 614 pumps,
  • API 613 gear,
  • API 611 turbines, etc. API 613 Chapter 2 special purpose

API 614 Chapter 3 general purpose LOS for use in

  • API 612 turbines,
  • API 617 compressors, etc.

Integrated solutions:

  • Designing of Main Oil Pump along with interconnection piping for seamless integration
  • Skid mounted design or stand-alone design based on customer requirements.

Optimized Design:

  • Cooler/ Heat Exchanger is a crucial element in LOS. As per design conditions API 660(plate-type)/661(air-fin)/662(shell-tube) coolers are designed. These are optimized using state-of-the-art analyses software.
  • Filter: optimal mesh sizing is arrived through in-house design tools for optimized performance.
  • Instrumentation: Our collaboration with the parent company, IRIS-Automation, helps us optimal select instrumentation for the skid and helps us in seamless execution of projects.

Metering and Conditioning Skids

Hydrogen, CNG, blending application, pressure up to 250 bars

1- Metering Skids: for measuring flow of CNG, Hydrogen, Ammonia. pressure up to 350 bar g, flow up to 500Nm3/day. Designed using AGA standards.

2- Dry gas seal panels: Design, Manufacturing, Testing and Supply of Dry Gas Seal Panel for Various Compressor applications as per OEM requirements and API 692 and API 614 ch 4.

3- Chemicals Injection skids: Skids for precise injection of chemicals into process for petrochemical, city gas distribution, fertilizer industries. Designed in accordance to API 675.


Utility and Instrumentation skids for air and gas

Pressure regulation, pressure and flow monitoring of compressor utility air.
